RASTA an Extension and Research Centre of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), one of the largest Technological Universities in India, offers PG and PhD programmes in Road Technology and in Infrastructure Construction & Management for Civil Engineering graduates. The purpose of the PG Courses is to train the students with a curriculum that emphasizes on practical training, thus churn out competent highway engineers befitting industry needs.
RASTA – a recognized extension centre of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belagavi, conducts Post Graduate Programs for Civil Engineers.
Based on the MoU with the University , the Center offers following courses:
- Two year M.Tech Degree in Highway Technology - Two year M.Tech Degree in Infrastructure Construction and Management - One year PG Diploma in Highway Technology - Six month PG Certificate Course in Road Technology
RASTA has been accredited as a research center for Ph.D. programs in Road Technology. The center supports doctoral candidates and M.Sc. engineering scholars in terms of facilities and infrastructure as per University guidelines.
